Refund policy

Because all ModFaith products are made‑to‑order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at modfaithshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will issue a free replacement or a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please provide photos so we can submit the claim to our production partner.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

• Items that were not damaged or defective

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
