8. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Approved claims will be replaced at no cost to you. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be honored.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are made to order, changes and cancellations can only be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of purchase and before the order enters production. Contact us immediately at Modfaithshop@gmail.com with your order number.
